ACE Robotics
CompanyactiveACE Robotics (Shanghai Daxiao Infinite Robotics Co., Ltd., also known as 大晓机器人) is an embodied AI company spun off from SenseTime (商汤科技). Founded in July 2025 and officially announced in December 2025, the company is led by SenseTime co-founder Wang Xiaogang as Chairman and Australian Academy of Sciences Fellow Tao Dacheng as Chief Scientist. ACE Robotics pioneered the ACE (Ambient-Centric Embodiment) research paradigm, diverging from conventional VLA models by building a full-stack system around "environmental acquisition + world model + embodied foundation model". The company raised its angel round led by Ant Group, with participation from Qiming Venture Partners, Legend Capital, and others. The company open-sourced Kairos 3.0-4B, a 4B-parameter world model with a custom hybrid linear attention operator, and Kairos-HomeWorld, a 300K-real-floorplan whole-home simulation dataset. Its flagship hardware product, the A1 Embodied Super Brain Module, is designed as a plug-and-play "brain" for multiple robot platforms.
