Intrinsic

Intrinsic is an AI robotics company owned by Alphabet, focused on making industrial robotics accessible and usable through software and AI. Intrinsic's CTO Brian Gerkey framed the release as sharing the core of the software stack the company itself depends on. The release includes an open machine tending reference solution and seamless ROS 2 interoperability, connecting Intrinsic's industrial AI stack with the wider ROS ecosystem.
