Tiangong Omni

Tiangong Omni is a lightweight humanoid robot in the Tiangong family, released by Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center at WRC 2026 (August 20-21, 2026). The Beijing municipal government portal covered the release as part of the Tiangong family's expansion. At the 2nd World Humanoid Robot Games (Beijing, August 21-26, 2026), Tiangong Omni won the 400m race (small-size group) in 45.66 seconds and took gold and bronze in the 400m obstacle race; the gold-medal and bronze-medal teams both used Tiangong Omni robots. The robot's distinctive face-covering running posture, which drew wide attention, emerged from its own reinforcement learning.
