Gemini Robotics-ER (Embodied Reasoning) 1.5 is Google DeepMinds embodied reasoning model built on Gemini 2.0. It provides spatial understanding, object localization, task planning, and calling to external tools (including Google Search, maps, and Gemini API capabilities). It serves as the cognitive and planning layer for robotic systems, complementing the action-oriented Gemini Robotics 1.5 VLA model. Available to developers through the Gemini API and Google AI Studio.
