NVIDIA Isaac GR00T (Generalist Robot 00 Technology) is a foundation model platform for humanoid robots, announced GTC 2024. GR00T N1 series (N1-1B, N1-2B, released GTC March 2025) is an open foundation model for generalized humanoid control. Includes GR00T-Gen/Mimic/Dexterity/Mobility/Control/Perception/Dreams subsystems. Built on Isaac platform (Omniverse + Cosmos), runs on Jetson Thor. Code Apache 2.0; model weights under custom NVIDIA license.
