Unitree B2
RobotactiveUnitree B2 is an industrial-grade quadruped robot developed by Unitree Robotics, released in 2023 as the successor to the B1. Designed for demanding applications including power inspection, emergency rescue, industrial inspection, and security patrol, the B2 delivers exceptional performance with a maximum running speed exceeding 6 m/s and peak joint torque of approximately 360 N·m. The B2 weighs approximately 60 kg with dimensions of 1098×450×645 mm. It features a standing load capacity of ≥120 kg and continuous walking load of >40 kg. The robot achieves unloaded continuous walking endurance of >5 hours with over 20 km mileage, and with a 20 kg load it can operate for >4 hours covering over 15 km. The B2 supports optional wheeled-leg forms for versatility across different terrains. Key specifications include a maximum jump distance of >1.6 m, obstacle crossing height of up to 40 cm, slope climbing ability of >45°, and IP67 ingress protection. The B2 is equipped with 3D LiDAR, depth cameras, and optical cameras for comprehensive environmental perception. Computing options include Intel Core i5/i7 processors with optional NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX modules, making it suitable for both standard operation and advanced development.
